Membership application

I accept and agree that American Motorcycles, Lda., the Harley Owners Group, Harley-Davidson, Inc., Harley-Davidson Motor Co., and this Lisboa Chapter — Association and their respective representatives, directors, employees and agents, all hereinafter referred to as the “non-liable third parties”, shall not be liable or held responsible for any accidents resulting in injury (including paralysis or death) to me or damage to my property during any activity of H.O.G. International, of this Chapter Association or of another Chapter, arising from any acts or omissions in the performance of the duties of the “non-liable third parties”, even if the accident causing the injury or damage was due to negligence (except for conscious negligence). I understand and agree that all H.O.G. members and their guests take part voluntarily, under their sole responsibility and risk, in all H.O.G. activities, and I will assume all risks of injury and damage that may occur during those activities. I will not hold any of the “non-liable third parties” responsible for any injury or damage to me or my property that may result from my participation in any events or activities organised by H.O.G. or by this Association. I understand and accept that this means I undertake not to take legal action against any of the “non-liable third parties” in the circumstances referred to above.
